SIA Arco Development, the developer of the Project, is ready to render a service to buyers – the first payment for purchase of an apartment at Bišumuiža.Being aware of the fact that raising the money for the first payment for an apartment is one of the biggest problems, SIA Arco Development, the developer of the Bišumuiža project, is making advances towards potential apartment purchasers and is ready to grant 10% of the apartment value as the first payment!
Conditions are very simple: if a bank has granted a mortgage credit in amount of 90% of the apartment value, SIA Arco Development will grant the remaining 10% to you, which will serve as the first payment for purchase of the apartment. This amount shall be repaid within 5 years, and no interest will be charged thereon!
This action is relating only to purchase of an apartment at the low rise residential house complex at Bišumuiža located in Komētas Street, Riga!
