ARCO REAL ESTATE

    On August 17, 2007 a branch of the Company was officially opened at Teika, in Brīvības gatve 306. This is the second „Arco Real Estate” branch in Riga and the ninth branch in Latvia.

 

    Commencement of operation of the Teika branch in March of 2007 improved availability of „Arco Real Estate” to its clients in this part of Riga as well as at Purvciems, Pļavnieki, Mežciems, Mežaparks and Jugla, where implementation of various real estate projects is constantly increasing.

    Establishment of this branch confirms that the Latvian real estate market is still in the initial stage of development and that there still are wide possibilities for its growth. Due to stabilisation of real estate prices those inhabitants of Riga and Latvia who would like to improve their living conditions are more and more actively seeking for professional consultations.

   The objective of „Arco Real Estate” is to become an important actor in the real estate market of the whole Eastern-Europe. To achieve this goal, the Company has established a wide branch network in the Baltic States as well as in Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. Recently „Arco Real Estate” opened a branch in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and Timisoara (Romania).

    The goal of our Company is to continue development of our branch network also in other locations of Latvia including Riga. Presently, our clients may receive specialist consultations and close transactions in „Arco Real Estate” branches at Cēsis, Jelgava, Saulkrasti, Sigulda, Ogre, Jūrmala and Liepāja as well as in the customer service centre at Lāčplēša Street 20a, Riga.
