Arco Real Estate has summarized the data of development of the Latvian real estate market of the first six months of 2007.

 

A press conference was held at the Hotel "Bergs" on July 26, 2007 where Arco Real Estate acquainted the audience with the tendencies of development of the Latvian real estate market of the first six months of 2007. The participants of the press conference were addressed by Mr. Aigars Šmits, Chairman of the Management Board of Arco Real Estate; Mr. Viktors Savins, Chairman of the Council of Arco Real Estate; and Mr. Māris Laukalējs, Head of the Valuation Division of Arco Real Estate.
