The apartment house in Ezermalas Street, Ulbroka is commissioned. The new 4-storey house with an attic floor has been designed and constructed so that the inhabitants of the house would enjoy closeness both to the nature and to the city: the infrastructure is well-developed, and a school, shops, public transport and a well-cultivated park are to be found in the proximity of the house.

The initial idea of the project was to erect a small residential house inhabitants of which would feel themselves as living in a private house because of the environment and the apartment layout. The “Ezermalas Nams” is enclosed by the Ulbroka Park; the area around the house exceeding 2500 m² is improved and planted with greenery; the squares and walkways are covered with coloured pavestones; there is a playground for children and a number of benches. The house consists only of 23 apartments, and each of them has a balcony or a terrace. The basement contains a car parking and storage rooms. The architects have worked carefully in order to ensure special feelings to inhabitants of the house!
