About the agent

Matea has been working in the real estate industry since 2006, confirming her competence with a certificate and Gold Member status of the Latvian Association of Real Estate Transactions. The agent has considerable work experience in both Latvia and Bulgaria, where many different apartments were sold on the rental market in the resort town of Sunny Beach.  Matea can also be proud of international experience in buying and selling residential objects, as well as managing such transactions. The agent cares about long-term relationships with clients, therefore, providing a professional mediation service, she provides the necessary support and advises clients even after concluded transactions.

Qualifications

Taking care of improving her qualifications and to be constantly up to date on all current affairs, Matea annually attends industry courses and seminars both in Latvia and elsewhere in the European Union.
