An exclusive plot of land is offered for purchase on a peninsula between Bukultie and Priedkalne near the Jugla Canal. Historically, the plot of land has been built up, but currently all the excess from the plot has been removed and prepared for future planned construction.
The plot of land has a total area of 3327 m2 and is located in a mixed-use area of the city center (JC1), in which one of the main types of use is:

Construction of office buildings (12001)
Construction of tourism and recreation facilities (12003).
There are also other types of use, but these seem to be the most suitable. The configuration of the peninsula allows for the construction of a boat dock, which certainly makes this plot of land exclusive. The plot of land does not flood and according to flood risk maps, there is only a small part of the plot, which is indicated on the maps with a 10% probability of flooding.
Currently, communications are not connected to the plot, but electricity is available nearby and most likely heating, sewage and water supply should be planned locally.
