The project is located at Baltezers (White Lake), the suburban residence of inhabitants of Riga, the elite suburb of Riga with prestigious private buildings. In the area there are a lot of cozy restaurants, bars and beach cafes, a yacht club; a supermarket is only a couple of minutes drive from the house.
