Territory

To ensure comfort of the inhabitants, an underground car parking place for 147 cars has been built. The parking place is designed so that it is not observable from the territory because the entrance to the car parking is from the highway side.

A children's town will be built in the SUN REPUBLIC. The playground of it will be made in the form of an upside-down turned pyramid to protect children against bad weather. The steps on the pyramid sides will be covered by lawn. There will be both small houses and different amazement appliances (appliances for climbing, swings, appliances for jumping) in the children's town.

To ensure comfort of the inhabitants, biking ways are constructed; there are built pedestrian bridges across the river that are not only connecting the SUN REPUBLIC with the brilliant beach on the other bank of the river but also giving a romantic shade to the whole surroundings.

Manner of spending the leisure time is individual, it may be a passive manner – idling on the sun-heated sand of the beach or in the rocking chair in a shady place under a blossoming jasmine, or an active manner – swimming, wind-surfing, angling, and picking mushrooms and berries in the nearest forests. But in winter time your activities may include skiing and walks under snow-covered pine-trees and joyful riding down the hills.
