Public utilities and amenities
- Water supply is centralised, equipped with a water purification filter system. There is also possible to take water from a 180 m deep artesian well.
- Heating: each house is equipped with an autonomous gas-fuelled heating station; apartments are equipped with radiators having temperature regulators.
- Gas supply: a liquid gas underground storage tank is placed in the territory.
- Ventilation: Air is supplied through valves built in the walls; air flows out through bathrooms, toilets and kitchens.
- Elevators: each house (except Sun Charmonte) is equipped with a high-speed low-noise elevator Kone of total lifting capacity 600 kg.
- Other amenities: houses are provided with telephone lines, high-speed Internet connections and TV.
Security
- Fire safety alarm system: sensors are installed in each staircase and apartment
- Security system: alarm system is connected to the control panel of the security company and the digital cards of inhabitants
- Video monitoring is ensured by cameras installed in the garage and the territory. A video door phone is installed in each apartment.
- The underground car parking is equipped with ventilation system and fire-fighting sprinklers with smoke detectors. There is installed automatic gate opened by remote control.
