In total, four three-story buildings with 90 different apartments (2-, 3- or 4-room apartments), each with loggia. Apartment area is from 46m2 to 124.7m2, but the ceiling height is 2.90 m.

 

The SUMMERTIME project apartment buyers have the option of waiving the traditional extra expenses because the apartments are put into operation with complete interior decoration and bathroom and lavatory equipment.

 

The houses are connected to the centralized Jūrmala city water supply, sewerage and heating networks. You will feel secure at your home because of locked staircase equipped with intercom.
