Management and administration of the new SKY GARDEN real estate facilities on the seashore are handled by experienced specialists who design and install the green areas and other elements of the territory, take care of utility systems and common use areas, and do everything possible to ensure that the clean and orderly environment is a self-evident component of the everyday lives of the buildings’ residents.  That ensure that when they come home in the evening, their lives are not encumbered with household difficulties.

The management company

SIA Labo Namu Aģentūra is a real estate management and administration company with years of experience and the fundamental principle of an individual approach toward each client. The company manages apartment buildings, office buildings, manufacturing establishments and warehouses. The company uses the ISO 9001 certified quality management system.

Management fees

A fee of LVL 1.12/m² covers maintenance, technical services and administrative services, as well as the availability of the latest information about the apartment complex and the surrounding town.  The info centre offers newspapers, coffee, free Wi-Fi, copying and scanning services, a freely available computer, etc.  The administrator will also accept payments for utility and management services.

The cost of utility services will be based on actual use of:

• Electricity in flats;
• Electricity in common use areas;
• Cold water and sewage;
• Water in common use areas;
• Heat in flats;
• Heat in common use areas;
• Waste disposal;
• Technical services for lifts.

Services which are not included in the price of management and utility services:

• Cleaning services;
• Laundry and dry cleaning services;
• Footwear and apparel repairs;
• Food deliveries;
• Summoning of a taxi or ordering a leased automobile;
• Ordering of tickets or airline tickets on the Internet;
• Moving services;
• Mail services;
• Repair services that are summoned;
• Gardening services;
• Leasing of bicycles.

Additional fees will be charged for such services in accordance with each client’s desires.
