The project

A new multi-apartment house located in a well-developed housing estate, not far from the city centre.

Car parking, technical rooms and elevator are situated in the basement floor. The ground floor consists of areas designated for commercial activity. Apartments are situated in floors 2 – 6.

The house is located in an area with a well-developed infrastructure: public transport, shops, parking facilities, clinics, schools are located nearby. The house area is green and it is planned to install a fenced children's playground.
