The MĀRSILI area is located at the Mazais Baltezers Lake, side by side of the already realised Mārsili 1, where erection of private houses is intensively continuing. The MĀRSILI area consists of building plots with area from 1300 to 3200 m². A client purchasing a land plot does not purchase a part of the road or the land containing connection parts of unused communications so that the client may erect a fence just along the borders of the land plot measured out to this client.
