The apartments are fitted with wood veneer donors that match the modern 3 layer oak parquet flooring. The kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with Spanish Parnessa tiles and Ideal standard and Huppe fittings. Each apartment has a high quality Leicht Avanche kitchen equipped with Siemens and AEG appliances.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

External walls: ceramic concrete blocks with 11 mm external insulation.

Structure: reinforced concrete columns with reinforced concrete rendering.

Walls: concrete and reinforced concrete with an extra layer of sound insulation for apartments and public access spaces.

Roofing: interconnected roof with a roll roofing layer.

Balconies: einforced concrete with various finishings..

Internal staircases: massive reinforced concrete structure with marble finishing.

Windows: wooden frames with packed glass and external aluminium fixings.

External doors: aluminium casing.

Heating: each apartment has its own individually controlled heating regulation. The control panel s in the entrance hall by the staircase.

Water: centralised municipal water supply. Each apartment has its own water meter to measure hot and cold water consumption. The water meter is in the entrance hall.

Electricity: each apartment has a separate electricity meter.

Ventilation: a mechanical extraction fan has been designed for the plumbing system, and natural ventilation is in place for the kitchen area of the living space.

Telephone, internet, TV: each apartment is supplied with both a TV and data cable.

Security: There are closed circuit security cameras in the entire territory and garages. There is an intercom system by the entrance to every apartment. Fire alarms and security alarms are installed in every apartment. There is an auxiliary closed circuit surveillance system for the children’s playground area.
