Technical description

The house is built of monolith concrete, with FIBO brick walls which are heat-insulated and plastered. Double-glazed windows in wooden frames. Ceiling height: 2.90 m. Floors and ceilings are covered with a special sound insulation layer in order to ensure maximum silence.

It will be possible to construct a fireplace in apartments situated in the 4th floor and in the attic. Re-planning possibility is offered at additional price.

We offer the apartments with complete interior decoration:

• white-painted ceilings and walls painted in colours selected from the colour palette
• floor covering (laminate or linoleum)
• tiled walls and floors in the respective apartment rooms according to the typical layout
• in the case of a separate toilet – a toilet bowl and a little sink with a water mixer
• wooden veneered internal doors
• metallic apartment entrance door with a key which fits to all common-use doors
• electric power outlets – one connection to each room – three outlets in line
• telephone line, cable TV, Internet cable in the living room
• one lighting connection in each apartment room
• in the bathrooms and toilets:

- bath tube or a shower cab
- sink with a water mixer
- toilet bowl
- water, sewerage and electric power lines for washing machine
