Project

The new multi-apartment residential compound "Jūrmala Residence" includes two modern three-storeyed residential houses with an attic floor. There are 66 elite apartments, their areas ranging from 54 m2 to 258 m2 (42 three-room apartments and 20 two-room apartments) in the residential compound. There is an underground parking for 80 cars in the basement floor.

Personal security service and maintenance personnel operate in the compound.

The plot area for compound construction is 6437 m2. The total area of the project is 11551 m².
