Three-story brick residential complex FREGAT is located in the historical centre of Jūrmala – Meža Prospekts, Bulduri. Apartment windows are overlooking a pine forest. This area is characterized by silence, peace and fresh sea air. The project is located two minutes from the Jūrmala beach and five minutes from the city centre with the popular promenade – Jomas Street, and the Dzintari Concert Hall. Cafes and restaurants, as well as SPA centres, which offer sports and health restorative activities, are situated nearby. Visitors will also enjoy the neighbouring water park, tennis courts and yacht club. A short walk takes you to the most important places of the summer season in Jūrmala.

Security of the residential complex area is ensured by a fence around the whole territory with a gate for cars that is lockable and with a pedestrian gate. But the characteristic features of the private territory are landscaped design and decorative illumination.

The apartments are offered for sale with the „white” interior decoration degree. To let visitors to see the quality of the interior decoration materials and the design solutions, a demo apartment will be opened in the project.
