Building

• 7-storey residential building with underground parking;
• 1st floor includes a large entrance foyer, connected to two stairwells and a number of commercial spaces to let;
• Foyer includes a restored historical late-1860s ceiling décor that used to be part of a building on the same land parcel;
• 28 flats on floors 2–7;
• Flat areas: 46–250 m2;
• Ceiling height in flats: 2.95 m;
• Basement floor with 18 car parking lots, 2 common-use bicycle parking sites and numerous individual storage spaces;
• Building fitted with comfortable elevators;
• Terraces with custom-designed metal railings and coated with stone tiles.

Interior

Club Central Residence interior is created by one of the leading specialists of interior in Baltics - architect Zane Tetere. Interior design solutions here are created by her hands-on attitude with an eye for details. The result is a milieu where you can feel cosy and comfortable. Apartment is easily adaptable to the most demanding requirements.

Apartments have high ceilings, convenient planning and full finish, supplemented with discreet accents, made of high quality, environmentally friendly materials. In each apartment there are two bathrooms, one of which is located next to the bedroom, and cosy kitchen, located near the living room. Apartments are equipped with built-in wardrobes, walls in the living area are decorated with elegant fine laths and design class relief wallpapers. Floors in the living area are covered with natural parquet, in the bathrooms and shower zone – with natural flagstones.

The sixth and seventh floor apartments have separate spacious terraces with a view to the picturesque cityscape.

Finish

• Entrance foyer: Large-size collection tiling, mass-toned decorative plastering, wood panelling and wood décor, mirrors, natural stone, conditioning system, LED light fixtures, designer furniture.
• Stairwell: Exposed concrete on staircase spans and platforms, mass-toned decorative wall plaster, veneer entrance doors with portals.

Flats 

All flats inside the building have a full interior finish:

• Flooring: valuable oak (light tone by PARADOR from Germany, medium-dark tone by BAUWERK from Switzerland) or walnut (dark tone by PARADOR from Germany) parquetry;
• Tiling: designer tiling collections in bathrooms and kitchens (Gigacer, Ariostea, Caesar - Italy);
• Walls: painted walls in living rooms, designer wallpaper in bedrooms (Giardini – Italy), decorative veneer wood panel walls at entrances and in guest rooms;
• Doors: wood (H = 2.40 m), with valuable fittings and recessed hinges;
• Plumbing: Kartell by Laufen, Kohler, Villeroy&Boch, Hansgrohe/Axor;
• Heating: adjustable in-floor convectors with aluminium lattice cover, Zehnder towel dryers;
• Built-in ceiling lights, plugs/switches (by Jung);
• Decorative lighting fixtures inside living rooms and bedrooms, power cables for fitting lights into kitchen furniture and wardrobes. Kitchens, furniture and wall lights not provided.

It is a place to socialize, relax and rejuvenate for successful life. Besides, behind the library shelf that serves as a secret doorway, hides a quiet VIP lounge - a place for private talks, a place to relax or just to plan the following day. We believe that luxury is personal.
