Partition Walls |
Walls between the apartments - two mutually parallel masonry walls of various thicknesses from light concrete blocks filled with extra sound insulation layer. Internal partition walls in apartments - two plasterboard layers on each side, water resistant plasterboard on the side of wet rooms, filled with rockwool. Vertical communications - two plasterboard layers on each side, water resistant plasterboard on the side of wet rooms, isolated with rockwool. |
Roof | Waterproofing, 2 layers, thermal insulation top layer, thermal insulation lower layer, reinforced concrete slabs. |
Balconies |
Balcony slabs of precast reinforced concrete without finishing. Balcony railings – iron pipe saddle bars. Balcony railings fitted with transparent plexiglass barriers. Flower boxes attached to the balcony railings made of composite material. |
Internal Stairs | Painted reinforced concrete waist slabs. |
Windows | PVC windows. |
External Doors of the Buildings | Doors of aluminium structures. |
Lift | Each stair case shall be provided with one lift. |
Accessibility | Accessibility requirements for entering the building: – entrances of the buildings are not elevated to the yard level; – entrance doors are without a threshold, width 1.2m; – dimensions of the small passages are 1.5 x 2,2m; – width of the common usage corridors is 1.8m; – the lift car size is 1.1 x 1.4m. |
Engineering Networks
Heating | Two-pipe heating system with lower distribution of main pipelines and main vertical risers. Each apartment have individual thermal energy consumption meter. Pipeline distribution provided in apartments is perimetral - horizontal. Building steam for heating the town. Heating supply for the buildings is provided from city heating networks. |
Water supply |
Centralized city water supply. Each apartment is provided with water consumption meters in the communication shafts. |
Electricity |
Each apartment equipped with electricity meter. |
Ventilation | Buildings provided with natural and forced ventilation. Inflow of the outdoor fresh air in the living rooms provided through outdoor air inlet valves located in the external walls. Bathrooms and kitchens equipped with air exhaust systems. From bathrooms and kitchens general air exchange systems provided with main air duct risers. In kitchens the air from local cooker hoods exhausted separately from each floor through channels installed in the construction structures. |
