The apartments on the fourht and fifth floors, sited on two levels, are the building's most colourful space, with last century's Jugenstil interiors reborn in contemporary form. The original geometry, window and door arrangements, columns, stairs and decor are complemented perfectly by Giorgetto, Cassina and Edra furniture, Barovier and Toso chandeliers and lighting fixtures, Bang&Olufsen audio and video equipment, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, as well as many other world-leading interior and home appliance brands. Ceiling cornices and columns have been decorated with 100% gilding.

The fifth floor is like a seventh heaven: a comfortable leisure area with an expanse of 230m². A wonderful space for relaxation, decorated with a fireplace and magnificent Barovier and Toso chandlers and filled with the sound of a Bang&Olufsen hi-fi system. A pleasing terrace, living room, bedrooms, original marble bathroom with glass walls overlooking the rooftops of Riga's buildings.
