About the project

The five-storey multi-apartment house, completely reconstructed in 2006, has obtained a new and attractive facade during its restoration. We offer 30 apartments for sale from a total of 48 apartments in this house.

Description of the apartments

The areas of the single, double and three room apartments range from 27 to 58 m2. Each apartment has a balcony, the area of which ranges from 2.4 to 2.9 m2.

Some of the apartments have complete interior finishing, while others have grey interior finishing. The interior decoration also includes built-in plumbing. Some of the apartments have built-in kitchen furniture as well. The floors of the living rooms have a laminate covering, the walls have light wallpaper or they are painted and the ceilings are painted. The floors and walls in the bathrooms are tiled. The internal doors of the rooms are made of veneer while the exterior doors – of a durable metal.

The apartments have radiators installed with thermostats.
