People who have decided to prove their skills in real estate field are aware that an agent's job is not limited to publishing ads on various portals and that a successful career requires specific knowledge in the long run. Currently, more than 30 agents work in the ARCO REAL ESTATE team, and many of them have acquired their first real estate experience directly with us.
The training of agents in the company is led by Ieva Jansone, Head of the Sales Department and a Member of the Board whose previous experience in the real estate industry enables prospective agents to acquire the knowledge needed to build a successful career in the brokerage business in a relatively short period of time.
