There will be an Open Door Day at the TUVIDI multi-apartment project in Baloži, Ķekava Municipality, on May 26 from 11:00 AM till 5:00 PM, when visitors will have the opportunity to see the cosy equipped demonstration apartment, take in the view the project's green surroundings from the spacious terraces and balconies of the upper floors, as well as evaluate the quality of technical solutions, informs Ms Ieva Jansone, Head of Sales Department of ARCO REAL ESTATE.
In addition, every visitor of the Open Door Day who, before June 23, will reserve an apartment, signing an agreement and paying a reservation fee, will receive a gift card worth 300 euro from "Estera Development", the developer of the new project, for a purchase in a shop of a network of equipment for tourism and active recreation. Choosing the equipment that meets their wishes, the new residents of TUVIDI will be able to enjoy the benefits of the surroundings even more fully, believes I. Jansone.
The new multi-apartment project is characterized by modern and well-considered two- and three-room apartments with the area ranging from 53 to 75 square meters, which are especially suitable for couples, families and all those who want to live closer to nature. Each apartment is complemented by balconies/terraces located on the south side of the house, the width of which exceeds 7 m. They can be used as a separate space for the realization of various ideas.
An important advantage of the project is its location, the surrounding natural and green environment, which is particularly suitable for healthy walking and sporting activities in the nearby forest. A great opportunity for the people of the region to engage in sports will be provided by the new secondary school sports ground planned to be opened in 2020.
