• In the annual Baltic Real Estate Development Forum organized by the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI and the Latvian Real Estate Association LANĪDA and held in Riga on September 25-26, the new multi-apartment project LIEPZIEDI received the prestigious Baltic Prix D` Excellence Award in the "Best New Urban Environment Project" nomination.

Mr. Aigars Šmits, Chairman of the Board of ARCO REAL ESTATE, the project selling company, points out that receiving the award is a great honour and a clear evidence of the fact that quality and functionality is still a decisive factor when choosing the best new project.

LIEPZIEDI is the first multi-apartment project of "Estera Development", the developer of the project, in Riga, which will be followed by several others in various neighbourhoods of Riga. Since the moment of taking over the project management, the developer has adhered to strict quality criteria. “Estera Development” is concerned about the convenience and satisfaction of LIEPZIEDI residents with the purchased apartments, therefore, the builders are required to carefully follow Estonia's quality standards also in the economy class projects, explains Mr. A. Šmits.
