In September 2014, the prices of standard-type apartments located in Riga housing estates increased by 0.1%. The average standard-type apartment price in September has increased to 641 EUR/m². In the first three quarters of 2014, standard-type apartment prices have grown by 4.5%, but since September of the last year by 5.8%.
