Ms Liene Meldere, Investment Project Manager of ARCO REAL ESTATE, has been involved in the European Union working group of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the aim of which is to promote development of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the EU support programs in accordance with requirements of Latvian entrepreneurs, reducing bureaucracy and ensuring transparency in project implementation.
Ms Liene Meldere indicates that her involvement in activities of the working group will ensure representation of customers of ARCO REAL ESTATE, while the expert’s reasoned and expressed position will affect future decisions in the field of co-financing of industrial and residential buildings, tourist attractions, historical and cultural monuments.
“The synergy of my experience and the experience of ARCO REAL ESTATE will form an adequate opinion corresponding to the real situation, in order to change the process of development of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations, which in turn through the prism of real properties will exert a positive influence on economic development in various business sectors,” explains Ms Liene Meldere.
