The real estate developer “Ūbeļu īpašumi” taking into consideration the customer desires and the market demand, intends to rebuild the three 2-room apartments located in every floor transforming them into two 3-room apartments in the multi-apartment house at No. 13, Ūbeļu Street, Podnieki Village, which has become very popular just among young families, says Mr. Uldis Cimdiņš, a representative of the company.
Mr. U. Cimdiņš tells that all the 123 apartments of the house have already found their new owners. The first rebuilt apartments will be presented and available for viewing at the end of March. The representative of the "Ūbeļu īpašumi" further discovers that the necessity of rebuilding was caused by the growing interest of customers in three-room apartments, which in the present circumstances can be considered as limited supply apartments in the segment of new projects in the vicinity of Riga.
Ms Ieva Jansone, Residential Space Sales Department Head of the real estate company "ARCO REAL ESTATE", informs that the planned development of three-room apartments and offering of the apartments to potential customers has led to great interest. People, who have become aware of the proposed rebuilding, already are looking forward to the publication of the new apartment layout, which, in the opinion of specialists, is a clear indication of the growing demand trends in the said market segment.
On the question when it would be possible for interested persons to see the layouts of the rebuilt apartments, Mr. U. Cimdiņš answers: "The layouts of the rebuilt apartments will be published this week on the website of the project „Podnieki.lv"."
The real estate developers stress that the decision on the idea of rebuilding was taken at the end of the past year, but its implementation was delayed by the need to carry out an expertise of the building initiated by the Building Authority, since the new residential project has been recognized as a building of public significance because in its first floor, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the house and other persons living in Ādaži, there is successfully functioning the private kindergarten "Patnis". But at the moment, after reception of a positive conclusion of the expert commission, preparation work for the planned transformation is in full swing. As stateb by "ARCO REAL ESTATE", topical information on the rebuilding progress will be posted on both the "Podnieki" website and the "Facebook" page, which among the inhabitants of No. 13, Ūbeļu Street has become very popular.
