ARCO REAL ESTATE launches sale of apartments in a new building of the low-rise apartment complex BIŠUMUIŽA located in Komētas Street 2, Pārdaugava.

Bišumuiža is a historical settlement in the Riga City neighbourhood located in Pārdaugavā, which started to develop around the Bišu Manor erected in 1773.gadā. First time Bišumuiža as a part of the city was shown on the city map in 1828.

Implementation of the BIŠUMUIŽA project was started in 2005, and until now 9 houses are erected; apartments in first 7 houses are occupied. The low-rise residential building complex is situated in a location with well-developed infrastructure – a 10-minute drive from the city centre in the direction of Bauska; schools and a kindergarten are located nearby; public transport is good; there are different shops nearby. The surrounding area is improved – paved roads, well-groomed lawns, children's play area, numbered car parking spaces.

All buildings, although they are only 4-storey buildings, have elevators. There are only 14 apartments in each house; in the first three floors there are two 2-room and two 3-room apartments in each floor, each with a private balcony, while in the fourth floor there are two 4-room apartments with a balcony and terrace.

2- and 3-room apartments are completely finished (parquet floors, painted walls, wooden windows, tiled bathrooms, plumbing equipment, water supply / sewerage outlets in the kitchen area), while the interior decoration degree of apartments on the top floor is “white”. The building is managed by the company „ARCO property management”.

At the moment already 5 apartments in this new building are reserved.
