• On September 15, 2012, the new housing project PODNIEKI was formally opened, and all interested parties were invited to become acquainted with the project, its benefits and get detailed information on purchase of apartments.

On September 15, 2012, the new housing project PODNIEKI was formally opened, and all interested parties were invited to become acquainted with the project, its benefits and get detailed information on purchase of apartments.

This day was important not only for project developers, but also for the many people who had contributed to construction of the building – in the opening event Mr. Pēteris Balzāns, Deputy Chairman of the Ādaži Municipality Council, stressed that it is important not only to erect new homes, but also clean up the environment, and the new owners of the project had managed it. Also Mr. Andris Lakševics, project architect, participated in the opening ceremony and expressed his joy for the opportunity to see that his dream about having an inhabited, clean and orderly building and its neighbourhood in Ādaži had come true.
