The new project developer SIA Arco Development has published information that the price of Bišumuiža apartments is reduced! The present average price of the non-occupied apartments located in the four houses that are commissioned and waiting for inhabitants is only 1700 EUR/m² including complete interior decoration. And this fact may serve as a confirmation of statements of a number of real estate experts who say that it is high time to purchase a new apartment just now.

 

Bišumuiža is a new low-rise residential house complex located not far from the central part of Riga, in the direction to Bauska. Within the framework of this project it is planned to erect 17 four-storey houses, and each of the houses will contain 14 apartments. Bišumuiža is located next to the main roads, not far from the city centre – in an advantageous location value of which will increase after completion of the Southern Bridge construction works. The project is implemented step by step. The four houses of the first stage have been commissioned already in February of this year. Both the first 56 apartments and all the other apartments are offered with complete interior decoration; in addition, the buyer can select one of two internal decoration levels.
