The biggest Baltic real estate group plans to open offices in the large Bulgarian cities

 

20.09.2006 г., Sofia – The group is registered here under the name „Arco Imoti” EOOD. The group is already in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. The official ceremony for the opening of the Sofia branch was in Grand Hotel Sofia. Viljar Arakas, Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the company came especially for the event.

 

Arco Real Estate operates actively on the Bulgarian market for 3 months. The team in Bulgaria consists of 11 people. During the first half of the year on our market Arco Real Estate will offer the following services: brokerage, buying, selling, renting, consultation and valuation. Long term concept of the company is to expand activities and develop in the construction sphere as well as establishing network of office in the largest cities in Bulgaria.
